The Mamave Mumma range is designed for pregnancy and the months after birth. This guide covers what each product is and how to use it.

What is in the Mumma range
- Mumma's Oil: a body oil. Warm a small amount between your hands, then massage it into your belly, thighs, hips and bottom in circular motions. You can apply it up to three times a day.
- Mumma's Moisturiser: a daily body cream. Apply generously to your belly, thighs, hips and bottom and massage in circular motions until absorbed. You can use it up to three times a day.
- Mumma's Scrub: an exfoliating body scrub. Take a small handful, massage it onto your body in gentle circular motions, then rinse with water.
- Mumma's Soak: bath salts. Sprinkle a handful into your bath water and let it dissolve before you hop in.
Getting the most from the oil and moisturiser
Both are best applied after a shower or bath while your skin is still slightly damp. You can also apply them to dry skin. Mamave recommends using the two together.
After birth
You can keep using the whole Mumma range after your baby arrives. The products are made for adult skin, so you can also use them when you are not pregnant.
About stretch marks
Mamave is clear that nothing can completely prevent stretch marks, and it does not guarantee that its products will.
Scent
The Mumma range is lightly scented with lavender and frankincense essential oils.
Check if you are unsure
Mamave suggests patch testing first. For Mumma's Soak, ask your doctor about safe bath temperature and how long to bathe during pregnancy. If you are unsure about using any product while pregnant, check with your doctor or midwife. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and see your doctor.
