Created by Coolkidz Australia

Mumma's Scrub and Mumma's Soak complete the Mumma range: a body scrub for the shower and bath salts for a relaxing soak.

Using Mumma's Scrub

  1. Take a small handful of scrub and rub it between your hands.
  2. Massage it onto your body, focusing on your belly, thighs, hips and bottom.
  3. Rub in gentle circular motions.
  4. Rinse off with water.

Use it in the shower as needed to buff away dry, dull skin. The scrub is made with sucrose (natural sugar), soya bean oil, silica, evening primrose, argan, safflower and sunflower oils, vitamin E, glycerin and cranberry extract, lightly scented with lavender and frankincense essential oils. It contains soya bean oil, so check the full ingredient list if you have sensitivities.

Using Mumma's Soak

  1. Run your bath.
  2. Sprinkle a handful of salts into the bath water.
  3. Let the salts dissolve.
  4. Hop in and relax.

The soak contains salt, magnesium sulphate (Epsom salt), glycerin, cranberry extract and chamomile extract, lightly scented with lavender and frankincense essential oils. Mamave describes magnesium sulphate as supporting deep muscle relaxation, and chamomile as traditionally used to ease tired, aching muscles.

Bathing in pregnancy

Mamave asks you to check with your doctor about safe bath water temperature and how long to bathe during pregnancy before using Mumma's Soak. Your GP or midwife can advise. Patch test the scrub first, as with any skincare.
