Magic Majestic nappy bin: size, capacity and how it works

The Majestic is the entry point to the Magic range. It is a compact, fixed-height bin that uses the same drop and turn wave seal as the Heka and Thoth bins, in a smaller size.

Size and capacity

• Capacity: 20 litres
• Nappies held: Up to 25 (approximate)
• Dimensions: 24 cm wide x 52 cm high
• Design: Fixed height, not telescopic
• Mechanism: Drop and turn, patented wave seal
• Material: 100% recycled, GRS traceable
• In the box: Bin, 1 nappy bag roll and 1 dispenser

The nappy count is based on newborn and infant sizing. Larger nappies take up more room, so expect fewer per bag as your baby grows.

How it works

The Majestic works a little differently from the telescopic bins. It sits open in the stand-by position, ready for the next nappy.

1. Drop the nappy straight through the opening. There is no bag threading and no touching the waste.
2. Turn the handle forward and back. The nappy moves into the sealed, odourless part of the bin.
3. Leave the bin in stand-by, with the cup open and not with the rounded side facing up, so no smell escapes.

Emptying the Majestic

1. Press the small side button to release the top.
2. Lift the top off together with the bag.
3. Twist the bag a few times to seal it, then tear it from the holder.
4. Fit a new bag. A standard bin liner or a Magic bin bag both work.

Colours and best for

The Majestic is sold in Lichen, Beige and White.

• Parents who want a compact bin for a smaller space.
• Anyone who prefers a fixed-height bin to a taller telescopic one.
• Families who will not need a bathroom lid later, as there is no bathroom lid accessory for the Majestic.
