Cradle cap is a build-up of yellowish, greasy flakes on a baby's scalp in the first months. It is very common, not itchy and not contagious, and it usually clears on its own. The Flake Fixer helps keep it tidy in the meantime with three gentle steps in the bath.

What is in the box
- One sponge.
- One silicone brush.
- One fine-tooth comb.
How to use it in the bath
- Lather: wet the sponge and work a little baby wash into the scalp.
- Loosen: brush in small circles with the silicone brush.
- Lift: comb through gently with the fine-tooth comb to remove the loosened flakes.
- Rinse your baby's scalp well.
How often and where
- Use it a couple of times a week in the bath, not every night. Over-scrubbing can irritate the scalp.
- Cradle cap can also appear on the eyebrows. Use only the soft sponge and brush there, very gently, and keep them away from the eyes.
Cleaning
- Rinse all three parts after use and let them dry.
- All three parts are dishwasher safe.
When to see someone
If the scalp is red, weeping, spreading to the body or not improving after a few weeks, see your GP or child health nurse.
