A few simple habits will keep your MiaMily luggage working well trip after trip. Here is how to set the combination lock, clean the case and get ready to fly.

Setting the lock code
Your case arrives with the code set to 000. To choose your own:
- Open the lock and find the small pin inside the lock housing.
- Move the pin from A to B.
- Dial your new three-digit code.
- Move the pin back to A, then test the lock once before you pack.
The lock is TSA-approved and has no key. If your bag is chosen for inspection, security staff can open it with a universal key. Keep a note of your code somewhere other than the luggage tag.
Cleaning and storage
- Wipe the hard shell with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners or pads, as they can dull the textured finish.
- After a trip, check the wheels for hair and grit. A wheel that drags usually has something wrapped around it.
- Let the lining air dry completely before you pack or store the case.
- Store it with the seat folded flat and the handle down.
Before you fly
The Carry On measures 51 x 38 x 29 cm including wheels and weighs 4.3 kg empty. The Carry On Plus measures 51 x 39 x 30 cm and weighs 4.8 kg. Cabin size and weight limits differ between airlines, so check with your airline before you travel. The Check In and Check In Plus are checked luggage.
Warranty
MiaMily luggage bought in Australia from an authorised retailer comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, misuse and airline handling damage are not covered. Keep your proof of purchase.
