The tray gives your child their own food-safe eating surface wherever you are, and when you pack up, it clicks over the seat compartment as a lid.

Fitting the tray
- Slide the two circles on the tray down into the round openings on the seat support, and check they have snapped in correctly.
- Rotate the tray down. The hook on the underside must snap over the edge of the seat support.
- Push the tray down firmly until it clicks, then check it is properly fixed.
Removing the tray
- Hold the tray and pull it towards you so it detaches from the seat support.
- Keep holding it as you lift the tray upwards.
- Release your grip and press in the two circles so they come free of the seat support.
When you unpack the chair, turn it so the bottom side faces up, then pull the tray upwards to detach it.
Using the tray as a lid
Once the seat support, straps, buckles and cushion are stored in the seat compartment, the tray closes it like a lid.
- Position the tray above the compartment, tilting the front side down so it fits into the slots. This step is important for a proper fit.
- Press down until you hear a click.
- Pick it up and you are ready to go.
Good to know
- The tray is food-safe and dishwasher-safe on a gentle cycle at 50 to 60°C, or you can wipe it with a damp cloth.
- Around 18 months, many toddlers are ready to eat from the family table, so you can take the tray off and pull the chair up to the table.
- Because it is your child's own surface, the tray works the same at a café, on holiday or at the grandparents' place.
- The tray is not a restraint, so always fasten the 3-point harness as well.
The tray does not hold your child in
The tray is not designed to keep your child in the seat. Always fasten the 3-point harness and keep an adult within arm's reach.
