Cleaning and caring for your Hannie Portable High Chair

Created by Coolkidz Australia

Mealtimes are messy, so your Hannie Portable High Chair is made to be cleaned easily. Each part has its own care method, so follow the steps below to keep everything in good condition.

A Hannie Portable High Chair folded and carried by its handle

Tray

  • The tray is food-safe and dishwasher-safe. Use a gentle cycle at 50 to 60°C.
  • For a quick clean, wipe it with a damp cloth instead.

Seat and seat support

  • Wipe the seat and seat support with a damp cloth after meals.
  • For stubborn stains, use warm water and a mild detergent.
  • Do not put the seat or seat support in the dishwasher.

Reversible Cushion

  • Remove the Back Plate Support before washing.
  • Machine wash on a gentle cycle at up to 40°C.
  • Tumble dry on low.
  • Do not dry clean.

Harness

  • Machine wash at 40°C inside a laundry bag.
  • Do not tumble dry the harness.

Looking after your seat

The seat is designed to attach to a dining chair only, and it should never be used in wet environments. Your user manual has the full care instructions, and following them helps keep your warranty valid. Normal wear and tear, including changes in colour or surface finish, and damage from sun, heat, moisture or humidity are not covered by the warranty.

When you put the seat back together after cleaning, refit the 3-point harness and check that both straps are tight before the next meal.
