A teether spends a lot of time in your baby's mouth, so a quick check before each use matters. Here is what to look for and how to keep a teether close by.

Check before every use
- Look over the whole teether for wear, cracking, splitting or any other damage.
- Stop using it straight away if you find any damage, and replace it.
- Always supervise your baby while they use a teether.
- Use a separate teether for each child, as teethers are chewed hard over months of use.
Matchstick Monkey teethers are one piece of silicone with no seams or joins, which makes them easier to clean and inspect.
Keeping more than one
Many parents find more than one teether makes life easier, for example one at home, one in the nappy bag and one cooling in the fridge. Never put a teether in the freezer.
Using the Multi-Use Product Holder
The Multi-Use Product Holder is a silicone strap that keeps a teether, bottle or toy within reach and off the floor.
- Adjust the strap to fit the teether, toy or bottle.
- Attach it to a pram, highchair or car seat so the item stays within reach and off the floor.
- Colours: Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow
- Material: One piece of easy-clean silicone
- Attaches to: Prams, highchairs, car seats and bags

Damaged means replace
