Matchstick Monkey Teething Starter Set: what is in the box and how to use it

The Teething Starter Set combines teething and early oral care in one gift box. It comes in two characters: Ludo Lion and Gigi Giraffe.

What is in the set

Each starter set includes:

• A character teether (the animal teether) with textured bumps and easy-grip arms.
• A flat teether for little hands.
• A silicone finger toothbrush for early brushing.

Using the teethers

1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of your usual teething gel onto the textured bumps of the character teether, if you use gel.
2. Hand it over. The easy-grip arms are shaped for little hands so your baby can steer it themselves.
3. Let them chew. The bumps massage sore gums, including hard-to-reach back molars.

The teethers help soothe sore gums, while the finger toothbrush supports gentle cleaning and gets babies used to brushing.

Cleaning and cooling

• Clean the teethers regularly in a steam or cold water steriliser, in boiling water or in the dishwasher.
• The teethers can go in the fridge for extra cooling relief, but never in the freezer.
• Do not reuse the teethers for a second child.
