About the W4 Elite

What is the difference between the W4 Elite and the W4 Luxe?

The two models share the same frame and seats. The W4 Elite comes with all-terrain wheels and padded 5-point harnesses. The Luxe adds XL all-terrain wheels and magnetic 5-point harnesses.

Does the W4 Elite fit through standard doorways?

Yes. The W4 is 74 cm at its widest point and fits through a standard doorway.

Do the all-terrain XL wheels fit this model?

Yes. The XL all-terrain wheels fit all W4 models and are sold separately.

Are the canopy poles adjustable?

Yes, the canopy poles are adjustable.

What material is the wagon made from?

100% polyester.

Is there a single seat option?

Yes. A single seat is sold as an accessory for the W4 Elite and W4 Luxe.

What age can my child ride in the wagon?

From 6 months. With a compatible capsule on the car seat adapter, it can be used from birth.

How much does the W4 Elite weigh?

The wagon with seats weighs 26.3 kg.

What is the weight capacity?

The maximum total weight capacity is 136 kg.

What is the weight limit for each bench?

44.9 kg per bench. Each bench has 2 seats, and no more than 4 children should ride at a time.

Is there a height limit?

The wagon is not intended for children taller than 101.6 cm.

How much can I carry in the basket and pockets?

No more than 5 kg in the rear basket and 0.5 kg in each pocket.

Safety

• Use the harnesses at all times and adjust the straps to fit your child.
• Carry no more than 4 children, do not overload the wagon, and spread the weight evenly.
• Set the parking brake while loading and unloading, and whenever the wagon is stationary.
• Never leave the wagon unattended on a slope, and take care on uneven ground.
• Never press down on the handlebar to get over a kerb. Lift the wagon by the frame instead.
• Never take it on stairs or escalators, and never run, jog or skate with it.
• Do not let children climb in unassisted.
• Keep fingers clear of the hinged joints when folding and unfolding.
• Use only WonderFold approved accessories.

Cleaning

How do I clean my wagon?

• Frame: clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution, then wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
• Wheels: clean the wheels regularly with water and remove any dirt, then wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
• Fabric: spot clean with mild soap and warm water, then air dry.
