How do I clean my Wagon?
Frame:
- Clean with a soft towel, lukewarm water and mild cleaning solution. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
Wheels:
- Clean stroller wagon wheels regularly with water and remove any dirt. Be sure to wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth.
Fabric:
- Spot clean with mild soap and warm water solution and air dry.
Does the Elite W4 have raised seats?
- Yes, the seats are raised.
Are the dimensions the same as the W4 Luxe?
- Yes, the dimensions are the same except for the height of the wheels.
The frame of the wagon is the same.
The widest pars or the Wagon measures at 76.2cm wide and will fit through a standard doorway and even a handicap bathroom stall.
Do the seats recline?
- Yes, the seats do recline.
Are the canopy poles adjustable?
- Yes, the canopy poles are adjustable.
Do the all-terrain XL wheels fit on this model?
- Yes, the all-terrain XL wheels are compatible with the W4 Elite and can be purchased for $379.00
What is the difference between the W4 Elite and the W4 Luxe?
- The W4 Elite offers a fabric, neoprene handlebar cover, EVA Wheels and does not offer added storage on the front of the rear basket.
Can I convert the double seat to a single seat?
- No, the convertible seat seen in other countries does not comply with the current Australian safety standard AS 2088:2022
There is however a single seat you can purchase as an accessory. This single seat and all Wonderfold products and accessories sold in Australia do exceed the current AS 2088:2022 Australian safety standard.

- The Wagon with seats weighs 26.3kg

- The maximum total weight capacity is 136kg
What is the individual bench weight limit?
- Each bench limit is 45kg (2 seats per bench)
